In the mood for some pre-summer pampering? Come along Sunday May 11 to our third annual Ladies’ Day  at Etage Litteraire (1^st floor above Stoa Cooperativa, Kolokotroni 59B, Athens) to get primped and preened in style, with all proceeds going straight into veterinary care and feeding of stray cats!

Thanks to the talented team who are donating their time and skills for our cause, the following services will be available from 12 noon till 6pm at Etage Litteraire – just show up on the day and book a slot, and for a mere 5-euro minimum donation, you can get a complete restyle, find a new direction in life, ease away your aches and pains, or get a glossy spring nail colour for the week ahead!

• Essie Manicures by nail artist Tara Young, using new-season colours kindly supplied by Essie.
• Hairstyling/blow-dries by sought-after stylist Alexandra Adriana.
• Men’s hair cuts by the legendary Sandra Morris.
• Make-overs and make-up application sessions by professional beauty therapists – Maria Kyriou and Baladina Tzionokopoulou. Avon products are kindly being donated. Customers are asked to bring their own foundation, mascara (and moisturizer if necessary) for the make-overs.
• Life Coaching one-to-one mini sessions to help you discover measurable, realistic and achievable goals in life, with Gonca Papasotiriou of http://www.yoursmartlife.net/en
• Thai Massage: 15-minute individual sessions tailored to each client’s needs by Rosie Platts of www.wellbeinginathens.net – this traditional massage (done fully clad on a futon mat) stimulates energy flow and releases tension. Appointments will be available between 12 noon and 2pm, and between 3pm and 5pm.
• Indian Head Massage & Facial massage – targeted individual treatments by specialist Maria Marini.

In addition, we are thrilled to offer the following workshops by experts in their field:

• Interactive workshops by international life coach and bestselling author Stella Ralfini. At 1pm, in the workshop entitled “How to Let Go Of The Past”, she invites you to look at new ways of defeating self-destructive habits. Includes heart expansion meditation and anxiety release breathing technique. Then, at 3pm, Stella Ralfini’s second intensive workshop, “How to Stay Balanced When The Going Gets Tough”, introduces mind-strengthening strategies and techniques to ride out life’s storms. Includes meditation and breathing technique.
• Three half-hour cat-drawing sessions for children, at 12.30, 14.30 and 16.30, will be led by artist Rosa Pappa-Vezyrtzi, with ceramic cat prizes kindly donated by the artist herself.
