February 3, 2025We met Odin last year while he was fostered at one of our affiliated vet clinics. His story was heartbreaking.
He was a stray cat brought in for neutering, and then released back to his colony—only to return an hour later after being hit by a car. He lost an eye but survived thanks to our vets. They couldn’t bear to send him back to the streets, yet there was no interest for adoption, so he spent a year in a crate.
When we met him, he was desperate for love, rubbing against the bars and purring the moment we took him out. We dreamt of finding him a home, and seeing him with a lush fur, tucked in blankets, snuggled up to his hooman, so we found him a foster home. But our sweet boy still needs a forever family!
Odin is 8 years old, FIV/FELV negative, and best suited to a home without other cats as he is intimidated by them. Could you be his happy ending?
